BP Note

Privacy Policy for BP Note

Effective date:
July 28, 2026
Provider:
Collet

This privacy policy applies to the BP Note app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Collet (collectively, the "Application"). Collet is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

BP Note is a single-user, offline blood pressure diary. You manually enter readings taken with your own blood pressure monitor, and the Application organizes them with statistics, charts, reminders, and a home screen widget. The Application has no sign-up, account, or login. BP Note does not measure blood pressure and is not a medical device; it is a record-keeping tool only.

Information Collection and Use

The content you create in the Application (blood pressure and pulse readings, measurement times, tags, and app settings such as reminder times) is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to the Service Provider's servers. The Service Provider has no access to your health records.

When you download and use the Application, certain information may be collected automatically by the Application or its third-party SDKs. This information may include:

Health Data

Blood pressure and pulse values you enter are health-related information. These values are processed and stored exclusively on your device. They are never uploaded, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. If you use the CSV export feature, a file is created on your device and shared only with the app you explicitly choose (for example, an email or messenger app); the Service Provider never receives it. Deleting the Application deletes all locally stored records.

The Application's blood pressure range classification is based on publicly available general guidelines and is provided for reference only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your blood pressure.

Notifications

Optional local reminder notifications help you keep a measurement routine (for example, morning and evening reminders). Reminders are scheduled on your device; no notification data is sent to any server. You can turn them off at any time in the Application's settings or your device's system settings.

The Application does not access your contacts, phone, call logs, location, camera, microphone, or files.

Advertising

The Application displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (including banner, interstitial, and native ad formats). To serve ads, AdMob and its partners may access your device's Advertising ID and other information described above. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and other regions where required, the Application presents a consent form via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized advertising data is used; you may choose non-personalized ads. You can also reset or limit ad personalization through your device's system settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

For more information on how Google uses data when you use partners' apps, see Google's policy at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at bloodturtle@naver.com. Note that your health records are stored only on your device and can be deleted directly by deleting individual records or uninstalling the Application.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at bloodturtle@naver.com.

GDPR (EEA/UK Users)

If you are located in the EEA or the UK, processing of advertising-related data is based on your consent collected via the UMP consent form, or on legitimate interests where permitted. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact the Service Provider at bloodturtle@naver.com and it will be deleted.

Data Retention and Deletion

Records you create remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the Application. The Service Provider retains no copy. Advertising SDK data is retained according to Google's policies.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated policy is posted on this page, with the effective date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
